Our beautifully soft, dairy-free country loaf, handmade with a simple blend of Shipton Mill organic white & Doves Farm organic rye flour, Spanish extra virgin olive oil, Maldon sea salt flakes, and Saf Levure yeast. Lightly sweetened with local honey and finished with a hearty mix of organic pumpkin, linseed, and sunflower seeds. Keeps fresh for up to 3 days — then makes incredible toast on day 4 with plenty of butter & your favourite preserve (sold whole, not sliced).
