Our focaccia is handmade using Shipton Mill organic white bread flour, Spanish extra virgin olive oil, Maldon sea salt, Saf Levure yeast, sun-dried tomatoes, S&S caramelised onion marmalade & Italian herbs. Delicious warmed up as a side, cut into slices for making sandwiches, or cut into 2 rounds and use as a pizza base, delicious!
