Our classic soft white milk loaf filled with a selection of dried fruit, handmade using Shipton Mill organic white bread flour, whole milk, Spanish extra virgin olive oil, Maldon sea salt, Saf Levure yeast, and just a touch of local Lincolnshire honey. Filled with sultanas, currants, raisins, dried cranberries, and apricots. Perfect for toasting with lashings of butter or a chunk of mature cheddar (sold whole, not sliced).
