Our classic soft white milk loaf filled with a selection of dried fruit, handmade using Shipton Mill organic white bread flour, whole milk, Spanish extra virgin olive oil, Maldon sea salt, Saf Levure yeast, and just a touch of local Lincolnshire honey. Filled with sultanas, currants, raisins, dried cranberries, and apricots. Perfect for toasting with lashings of butter or a chunk of mature cheddar (sold whole, not sliced).

You can pick up a jar in our bakery and taste the difference true local honey makes. It’s also great for helping with pollen allergies.
Even better… we’re now using this gorgeous honey as our yeast activator in our breads, replacing refined sugar. That means a more natural rise, a subtle depth of flavour, and a little extra local goodness in every loaf.
