Our beautifully soft, dairy-free country loaf, handmade with a simple blend of Shipton Mill organic white & Doves Farm organic rye flour, Spanish extra virgin olive oil, Maldon sea salt flakes, Saf Levure yeast, and local honey. Keeps fresh for up to 3 days — then makes incredible toast on day 4 with plenty of butter & your favourite preserve (sold whole, not sliced).
Ingredients: Organic White Bread Flour – No. 4 (gluten), Whole Milk (milk), Sultanas (Sunflower Oil), Dried Apricots (sulphites), Cranberries (Sunflower Oil), Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Currants (Sunflower Oil), Active Dried Baker’s Yeast (Saccharomyces Cerevisiae), Sea Salt, Ground Mixed Spice (Cinnamon, Coriander Seed, Ginger, Nutmeg, Cloves), Ground Cinnamon.
