Our classic soft white milk loaf filled with a selection of dried fruit, handmade using Shipton Mill organic white bread flour, whole milk, Spanish extra virgin olive oil, Maldon sea salt, Saf Levure yeast, and just a touch of local Lincolnshire honey. Filled with sultanas, currants, raisins, dried cranberries, and apricots. Perfect for toasting with lashings of butter or a chunk of mature cheddar (sold whole, not sliced).

Ingredients: Organic White Bread Flour – No. 4 (gluten), Whole Milk (milk), Sultanas (Sunflower Oil), Dried Apricots (sulphites), Cranberries (Sunflower Oil), Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Currants (Sunflower Oil), Active Dried Baker’s Yeast (Saccharomyces Cerevisiae), Sea Salt, Ground Mixed Spice (Cinnamon, Coriander Seed, Ginger, Nutmeg, Cloves), Ground Cinnamon.
