Our indulgent cheesecake starts with a base made from a mix of our oat biscuit dough, topped with our signature cheesecake filling made with philadelphia cream cheese & double cream, then blended with our lightly spiced carrot cake.  Finished with a chocolate carrot & more crumbles of our carrot cake.
