Our indulgent cheesecake starts with a base made from a mix of our oat biscuit dough, topped with our signature cheesecake filling made with philadelphia cream cheese & double cream, then blended with lemon extract, fresh lemon juice & homemade lemon curd for that tangy lemon flavour.  Finished with a layer of lemon curd and homemade meringue pieces.
