Our freshly baked soft country loaf hand made with just a handful of ingredients – a mix of white flour & organic rye flour, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, high quality yeast with no preservatives, a small amount of local honey to help activate the yeast, finished with a mix of pumpkin, linseed (flaxseed), and sunflower seeds. Stays fresh for up to 3 days then perfect for toasting on the 4th day with lashings of butter & your favourite preserve.
