Our coffee flavoured gluten free sponge soaked with a strong solution of coffee & coffee liqueur, layered with an Italian custard made from free range eggs, mascarpone cheese, double cream 7 sugar. Finished with a dusting of cocoa powder and served in a fully compostable pot with lid.
