MEET OUR NEW COUNTRY LOAF

We’ve been working hard behind the scenes. Baked with a carefully selected blend of Wessex Mill white bread flour and Doves Farm organic rye flour, this wholesome loaf is full of rich flavour and character. Made with extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, local pure honey, and additive-free Saf-Levure yeast, it strikes the perfect balance of taste and texture — and it’s completely dairy free.

Topped with a nourishing 3-seed mix of linseed (flaxseed), pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds (with thanks to Spill The Beans, Louth), each slice delivers a deliciously nutty bite.

Our Country Loaf will be taking the place of our much-loved Wholesome Loaf — and we have a feeling it might just become your new favourite.
