We’re proud to stock beautifully local honey from Stax Of Wax Ltd – literally just a mile down the road from us. It doesn’t get much more local than that!

You can pick up a jar in our bakery and taste the difference true local honey makes. It’s also great for helping with pollen allergies.

Even better… we’re now using this gorgeous honey as our yeast activator in our breads, replacing refined sugar. That means a more natural rise, a subtle depth of flavour, and a little extra local goodness in every loaf.
