Just over 4 kilos of our all-butter puff pastry made today – and every single sheet rolled by hand.
It takes around 3 hours of laminating, folding, resting and rolling to create those delicate, flaky layers… and yes, our hands definitely feel it by the end of the day. But it’s always worth it.
Because this scratch-made pastry is what makes our:
