FEEDBACK IS REALLY IMPORTANT!!

From time to time we ask you to tell us what you think about our bakes. Your feedback really helps Pete & I know if we’re getting things right – especially when we introduce something new to the counter.

Today we received some lovely feedback about our new Buttermilk Scones. They’re a little different from our usual fruit and cheese scones, as they’re made using a different recipe and we don’t add anything extra to them. The result is a lighter, softer texture – almost a cross between a brioche bun and a traditional scone.
