Back in July 2021, when we closed our beloved tearoom and turned this old building into our home, we had no idea a micro bakery in one of the storerooms was coming next.
January 2024: ten years after landing at Grainthorpe Mill, we started baking in our home kitchen & opened our little takeaway bakery. And you lot blew us away.
Now we’ve almost outgrown our teeny tiny shop space! Time for a refurb. Lots of our old materials and fixtures are getting a second life, and we’re big on recycling and refurbing so the budget’s gone into a bigger space, a shiny new storeroom, and preparation of walls and floors ready for the fit-out.
